PHILLIPS - (Manchester, England and late of Laragon, Edmonstown, Ballaghaderreen, Co. Roscommon). April 29th 2021 - (peacefully) in Manchester; Tommy Joe (Tom). Predeceased by his parents Martin and Nora, he will be very sadly missed by his loving brothers and sisters Pat, Mary Flanagan (Castlerea) and Kathleen Keenan (Moate), his in-laws, nephews, nieces, relatives and his many friends in Manchester and Ballaghaderreen.
