Medical Science

The donation of human remains to Medical Science in Ireland is governed by the Anatomy Act 1832 and is overseen by the Inspector of Anatomy.

Keepsakes

A keepsake is a little token kept in remembrance of a loved one. We offer wonderfully crafted keepsakes based around the memory of your loved one.

Exhumations

Under the Local Government (Sanitary Services) Act, 1948, if relatives wish to have a family member re-interred, an exhumation order is required for that purpose and is granted by the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government through the local authority for that area.

Care

We believe that our most important service to a bereaved family is to provide them with an opportunity to view their loved one in a dignified and respectful manner. In order for this to occur, although not a requirement, we would recommend that the deceased is embalmed and hygienically treated.
